Her approach
“Nothing is sold by surprise. The questions get asked before the answers get proposed.”
Most people were never taught how money works. Not in school, not at home, and rarely by anyone who did not have something to sell at the end of the conversation. So they do the only reasonable thing and avoid the subject.
That is the gap this practice exists to close. The work is education first: teaching how money actually works, and building the financial literacy that traditional schooling never got around to. Only once you understand the pieces does it make sense to talk about what to do with them.
Holistic means the whole picture, not only the accounts. It includes a household's relationship with money, because that relationship quietly governs every decision made with it. A plan you connect with mentally and emotionally is a plan you will actually keep. One you were talked into is not.
The practice is built for households where a plan has to survive contact with a real life. A mortgage. Children at home. A business. An aging parent. A career that may or may not last as long as the earning years are supposed to. Guidance shaped alongside nonprofits, government agencies, unions, and Fortune 100 corporations is what makes it personalized planning with multicultural understanding, rather than one template applied to everyone.
The role is deliberately narrow: to educate, to guide, and to help you protect what matters most. Clear education, practical resources, and thoughtful guidance, so a household can make informed decisions with confidence. Nothing is sold by surprise. The questions get asked before the answers get proposed.
The three pillars
Everything in this practice is organised around these three, in this order. The order is the argument.
Life
You are the asset.
You trade your time and your skill for money, which makes you the largest income-producing asset you will ever own. Everything else is built on top of that one, so it gets protected first.
Love
Love in action.
Every decision here is made out of love, for yourself or for someone you would never leave unprotected. Proper, purposeful planning is an action of love.
Luxury
Luxury is health and wealth.
The ability to choose how to structure our time, our life, and our money is a luxury. Our health and our wealth are luxuries many people do not have.
What will not be compromised
However the plan is built, these hold.
Education before recommendations
You should understand how money works, and what you own and why, before you decide anything. Financial literacy is the part traditional schooling never taught, so it gets taught here.
Nothing sold by surprise
The questions get asked before the answers get proposed. Every strategy is described in plain benefit terms, and you will always know why it is being recommended.
The whole picture, not just the accounts
Holistic means your relationship with money too, because that relationship governs every decision made with it. A plan you connect with is a plan you keep.
Where the guidance comes from
The pillars say what the work is about. This is the experience behind it.
Nonprofits
Mission-driven teams and the people who staff them

How it works
A conversation
Thirty minutes, no cost, no obligation. You talk, Talitha listens, and you both decide whether it makes sense to continue.
Discovery, and teaching
We lay out the whole picture together and you learn how each piece actually works. The questions get asked before the answers get proposed.
A plan, and a partnership
We work through your priorities in a considered order and review them as your life changes. Nothing is decided before you understand it.
Curious whether this is a fit? The first conversation is free and carries no obligation.
